This release adds support for vendor-specific parameters specified as query parameters of xml:base in SSML. The release also fixes two issues.
The detailed list of changes introduced in this release follows.
New Features
- Allow the client to specify vendor-specific parameters via query parameters of the xml:base attribute in an SSML content.
Fixed Problems
- Fixed a race condition in processing of the STOP request and the SPEAK-COMPLETE event which could possibly cause a license depletion.
- If no voice engine is specified, set the voice engine in the speech synthesis request based on a selected voice. If the selected voice has both neural and standard voices, the first one in the list is used.
Configuration Parameters
Miscellaneous
- Updated the Usage Guide to reflect the changes introduced in this release.
Visit the Polly plugin page for more information.
