GoVivace Speech Recognition (SR) Plugin 1.4.0 to the UniMRCP Server (UMS) has been released.
The plugin is based on the following components:
- UniMRCP Server 1.7.0
- GoVivace WebSocket Protocol
- Libevent 2.1.9
- Rapidjson 1.1.0
The binaries are currently available for the following Linux distributions:
- Red Hat / CentOS 7 (unimrcp-govivace-sr-1.7.2-1.el7.x86_64.rpm)
- Red Hat / CentOS 8 (unimrcp-govivace-sr-1.7.2-1.el8.x86_64.rpm)
- Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (unimrcp-govivace-sr_1.7.2-bionic_amd64.deb)
- Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (unimrcp-govivace-sr_1.7.2-focal_amd64.deb)
This release allows the use of different GoVivace service endpoints in the scope of a single MRCP session. The release also addresses a few issues in the existing functionality.
The detailed list of changes introduced in this release follows.
New Features
- Initiate a new connection to the corresponding GoVivace service endpoint, if the server parameters change in consecutive RECOGNIZE requests placed in the scope of a single MRCP session.
Fixed Problems
- Skip speech events if DTMF input is detected.
- Fixed a possible segfault on processing of the header field Logging-Tag having an empty [no] value.
Configuration Parameters
Miscellaneous
- Do not log a warning while processing additional/unknown parameters to the grammar, since the parameters are transparently passed through.
